Reviewing and standardising all store systems, policies and procedures
Creating and efficient and productive trading platform
Ensuring consistency and compliance in eevery store in terms of oeprational delivery and service excellence
You will ..
Provide practical leadership and guidance to all store management teams
Set and measure key Performance Indicators across the operational areas of the business , from goods receipt to customer satisfaction
Identify new methods and ideas to simplify and streamline store operations
