Our company, a progressive and growing outsource provider, currently have vacancies for full time Telesales agents. Applicants must be highly motivated, positive and sales focussed. Experience in either a sales or call centre environment is preferable but not essential. Full training provided.
Responsibilities:
Inbound/outbound call handling
Analyzing customer needs, pitching potential benefits and closing the sale. Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets
Identify opportunities to improve sales process and share learning’s with other agents and team leaders
Skills required:
Be a self-motivator with a passion for sales.
Pro-active customer and target focused
Excellent communication skills
Ability to develop good rapport
Computer literate and excellent English
