CPL Solutions currently have an urgent requirement for an Advertising Account Manager for a leading software house based in South Dublin. The position entails partnering with sales and support to maximise add value by identifying additional revenue opportunities, building relationships and acting as a focal point for customer questions and concerns. The role is an initial 4 month contract but should extend.
Responsibilities
Participate in strategic planning with Sales Director and / or Account Executive to sell into new business/proposals and assist with up-selling existing clients.
Have a deep understanding and ability to analyze client branding or ROI objectives, media buying cycles, Web site architecture, product / service update schedules, marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc.
Regular direct client visits/calls to build and maintain deep-level partnerships and review online campaigns
Maximize and add value for the customer by identifying optimization recommendations and additional revenue generating opportunities
Act as primary point person for customer questions and concerns
