A leading Global banking organisation is looking for a project manager/ Project business analyst, ideally with experience managing key initiatives for the Global Markets business. This temporary role offers a competitive package to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem identification and analysis
- Production of business cases of financial modelling and forecasting.
- Develop project schedule and milestones
- Lead Project team, assigning responsibilities and activities.
- Manage project implementation, in keeping with plan and budget utilisation.
- Recognise and manage project risks and issues.
- Run steering groups and working groups as required.
- Manage or co-ordinate acceptance testing.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards.
Key Requirements & Experience
- Experience working within financial services essential, especially in investment banking.
- Must have experience in leading a team, in respect to managing and developing a group of project managers/business analysts.
- A proven record of completing multiple projects concurrently to plan and budget is essential.
- Must have capability to understand and control the sensitivities of stakeholders at different levels.
- Flexibility with regards to travel to other centres worldwide.
- Strong PC skills essential
