EMR have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take responsibility for strategic retail communications for an internationally known retails brand in Ireland. With over 40 outlets in Ireland and strong growth plans, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organisation.
Reporting to the commercial manager, the successful candidate will join the company at an expanding time with a goal to bring the offering online and into the social media realm.
Role
· Develop and implement strategies and tactical plans to increase saliency and preference throughout Ireland
· Plan local communications programme
· Lead Irish media activity (PR, ATL, BTL, Online)
· Implement and manage new loyalty scheme.
· Analyze customer data and plan strategy for communication.
· Responsible for maintenance and development of on-line presence and CRM platform.
Person
· 5+ years retail marketing experience
· Understanding of development and implementation of marketing communications from strategic brand templates
· Understanding of Customer Relationship Marketing platforms
· Self motivated and self starting
· Excellent communicator, highly driven
· Ability to stay effective under pressure. Ability to deal with moving priorities and deadlines
