We have a unique opportunity for a CNM looking to progress their career. The Candidate would ideally possess some people management experience and would have previously worked in a Nursing home environment.
This post is ideal for a staff nurse with elderly care experience, who is keen to progress within their career. The role has similar responsibilities to a CNM, while at the same time remaining hands on in terms of patient care.
You will report directly to the DON for a large sized nursing home, with a very good reputation. You will assist the DON to lead, teach and support the nursing team and take assist in taking responsibility for the day to day running of this vibrant Nursing Home.
Interested candidates must:
Have 3-5 years experience as a R.G.N.
Have or be eligible for full registration with the An Bord Altranais
Have experience in Care of the Elderly
Interested in Staff development and training
Management course is desirable
